Born in France, Simon has spent most of the last 26 years working and living overseas (Israel, Singapore, West-Africa and Central America).
Graduated (summa cum laudae) from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem (Dual BA and MBA), He speaks fluently 5 languages and has a deep understanding of Developing and Managing Businesses and Transactions in multi-cultural / cross-border environments, including in most emerging markets, in Africa, SE Asia and Latin America.
With more than 22 years experience in Banking, Venture Capital, Corporate Finance, M&A and General Management, Simon first joined a French Advisory Corporate Finance Boutique before setting up REALIS Investment House Ltd in London in 2010, one of the very first pure players in SME cross-border M&A.
Prior to this, Simon was an advisor to the Israeli Finance Minister, Head of Corporate for a leading Israeli Bank and for ELBIT Medical Services Ltd, Area Managing Director for Rhone-Poulenc (now Sanofi-Aventis) and GEODIS (subsidiary of French Railways, SNCF).
As an advisor over the last 8 years, Simon has sourced / conducted / contributed successfully to more than 70 transactions for a very wide array of Technology oriented or Industrial small to mid-cap companies.
Simon is a member of the Strategic Committee of a leading French manufacturer of Electric Utility Vehicles and Cleantech solutions.
He was also recently appointed as a Non-Executive Director for a UK registered Anglo-French JV involved in the Nuclear New Build program in the UK.
Graduated from Ecole Centrale Paris. He managed hundred millions USD renewable energy projects as early as in the 1980s and later acted as Strategy Consultant for Companies in the fields of Energy, Technology and Telecommunications. He has an extensive international experience and speaks six languages.
Joined the REALIS team in June 2011 as a Financial Analyst. Prior to joining REALIS, she was the head of reporting and analysis at Yellow Brick Capital Advisers. She graduated from CASS Business school (London) with honours where she studied Banking and International Finance. Liat was educated in China and is well abreast of the Far East culture and language, and is fluent in Chinese, English, and Hebrew.
Joined the REALIS team in April 2011 as a Financial Analyst. He is a dual graduated in Engineering school, Ecole Centrale, and Business School, EMLyon Business School, and has specialized in Corporate Finance and International Business Development.
Joined the REALIS team in January 2013 as a Financial Analyst. Prior to that, he worked at L'Oréal in Marketing, both in Paris and in London. Adrien graduated from the Ecole Polytechnique, where he studied Mathematics Applied to Finance and Business Strategy at the London School of Economics.
Joined the REALIS team in January 2013 as a Financial Analyst. He is graduated in Engineering school, ESIEA, and has specialized in Information System in companies and BIG DATA. He speaks English and French.
Graduated of ESCP and Harvard Business School, he acts both as a Corporate Finance Adviser and a Private Equity Investor.
He has been advising and continues to work for several CAC 40 Companies on sourcing, negotiating and executing in excess of 15 transactions in the past several years.
He has recently exited form an investment in a fast growing mobile travel services platform and is currently a Shareholder and Director of the largest UK Audiobooks company, bought from the BBC and which recently doubled in size by acquiring an independent US player in the same sector.
He is an active seed investor in an exciting and innovative digital video platform.
Marc has had extensive international experience in Investment Banking (Morgan Stanley, Deutsche Bank and SG Cowen ) and management Consulting (Mc Kinsey) and as a senior corporate executive in large Media organisations.
Marc is active in communal life and is serving as Chairman of one of the UK’s largest Jewish congregations.
A French native, he also speaks fluent English. He is married with 2 children.
Isaac gained his corporate finance experience at Dresdner Kleinwort Benson as a VP in the investment banking division in London. He worked on M&A and equity transactions across a number of sectors including utilities, telecoms, consumer, media and technology.
Isaac has held a number of corporate and business development roles. He was Director of Business Development at Independent Media Distribution PLC. Prior to that he was a co-founder of Optimad Media Systems, a media technology venture. He helped manage and develop the business through to a successful sale of the business.
Isaac qualified as a solicitor with the law firm SJ Berwin having trained in London and Brussels. He read law at the University of Cambridge, Sidney Sussex College.
Joined the REALIS team in 2011 as a project manager. Prior to joining REALIS, he was the Associate Sales Director of 1stPageProphets, an award winning online advertising agency. He studied sales and management at the Sandler Sales Institute (London). João was educated in São Paulo where he is currently based, and is fluent in English, French and Portuguese.
